Neon Christmas Freebie

:D Yay! New freebie! And this one is 100% made by me! Well... I got a picture of solid purple off of the computer one day, and made a cool effect on it with BeFunky, then put snowflake stickers on it with a website I forget, and then I decided it was boring so I put the Neon effect on it using FotoFlexer! Thanks Goldenstream for directing me to that website! *Hug*
