Here is a sneak-peek of my novel! Now, don't get excited; it's only two sentences, but perhaps the most important two sentences in the whole story.

“You’re not who you thought you were, are you?” His voice was sour, petulant.
“No,” I agreed. After an awkward pause, I added, “No. I’m even better.”
{Dun-dun-dun...}
Woe betide you if you even think about copying this >=( I'm serious. No copying.
Anyway, here's a fun little tag I got from some random blog...they tagged everyone who read it, so here I go! {Credit to Honey-Oats-Flapjack for this tag}
1. What is your favorite book series?
Hm...I'd have to say...the Twilight Saga =) Did you expect anything else from me?
2. Which online networking site do you prefer?
Blogger, MSN and Skype {does that count...?} I don't have Twitter or Facebook {yet}
3. What's your favorite animal(s)?
Cats. Well, house cats. I also *love* tigers, dolphins, wolves and dogs. Oh, and anything small and fluffy, e.g. hamsters
4. What's your favorite eye color? Describe in detail!
*Random...* I like really warm, melted-chocolate-brown eyes, with long, thick black lashes crowning them. Or green eyes, you know, those hazely-emerald shades. Blue eyes with black lashes look good, too
5. And your favorite hair color?
I like naturally streaked hair. I have a friend whose hair is not quite blonde, and not quite brunette...it makes a very nice effect
6. Where do you *really really really* want to travel to?
Italy. Definitely Italy. As I live so close now, it should be easy {see post below}. Oh, and Australia as a second-favorite
7. Your favorite food?
Pizza pizza pizza. My logic *insists* that pizza is what you would need on a desert island. After all, anything can be used as a topping
8. Tell your readers about your first day of high school (or if you're not in high school yet, then tell them about your first day of elementary or middle)
Middle school: I was still in the U.S.A., in Washington, D.C. I knew everyone and all the teachers there as it was such a small school. It was...fun, learing our way around the 'upstairs'. I'll never forget it
9. Your top three favorite songs are:
1. Battlefield, by Jordan Sparks
2. Iridescent, by Linkin Park
3. Airplanes, by B.o.B.
{Not technically in this order}
10. Sadly, you have come to the end of this tag. Is it the sort of tag that you'd like to share with your Blogger friends?
Yes. It was very interesting, Honey-Oats-Flapjack. I wish I could remember your blog URL, and that others knew about your blog. {I found it by clicking 'Next Blog' at the top of TLOSAS}
11. You tag...
1. Speed
2. Brooke
3. Cornet Crazie
4. Strypes
5. Squeaks
Thanks, everybody!

My Novel
Just a little heads-up... I am writing a book! And by book, I mean like Harry Potter, or Twilight [<3!], not a blog. I'm not giving away ANYTHING, seeing as it's not published and you never know who might copy the idea, but stay tuned for the next few years ;) You might read it one day!
[Note: This isn't the story I posted about a few months ago. I ditched that idea AGES ago. Hey, I'm an Aries! We're impatient ;)]
FORUM TIME: Is anyone else writing a novel? Talk, talk, talk, people of Blogger!

Story Count!
Hiya, guys! Another post by *yours truly.* As promised, here is a sneak peek of my offical novel (which may have a sequal of the next generation, or maybe it'll be part of a saga) The Golden Orb! The idea came from spiders, which I believe I have a phobia of, and I just happened to find one called a Golden Orb, which was the perfect title and main feature of my story. No, it's not from a spider's point of view ;) Here's just a draft of the blurb:
Avia Stormbringer, a Tribal elf, has the worst life possible. Nothing ever happens, and, worse then that, she doesn't have any friends to share her worries with. But all that changes when her Healer gets a mysterious prophecy, and Avia promises to tell him anything that happens...but when a Golden Orb spider, a wish-granting creature, whips Avia's life upside-down, she realises that her life wasn't so bad after all, but first, she must find a Golden Orb to change everything back...
That's all I'm giving away! It's just a quick draft of the actual story. See the right sidebar for my story stats! Thanks!

Destined by the Stars sneak peek!!!! (The prologue)
A black and white she-cat lay quietly in the medicine den with her three kits, accompanied my another white she-cat. "Are they healthy, Stardust?," the black and white queen fretted. "Of course they are, Dawnflight! They have the best mother in the world." the reply came from Dawnflight's sister, the medicine cat, Stardust. Meanwhile, outside, warm rain from new-leaf pattered down on StoneClan's rocky camp and the roof of the den. There was no moon tonight, only clouds and rain. It felt unusually warm, even for new-leaf misty, muggy air; most likely because of all the rain they were getting. "You're lucky you weren't kitting during the fox attack", mewed Stardust. Dawnflight stiffened. Just thinkning about the fox attack sent shivers down her spine and legs, because one of StoneClan's elders had recently joined StarClan during it. The day before the attack, the dusk patrol met the foxes in the forest. They must of lured them into the camp running away from them. "Don't remind me. I don't care if Shadowpelt fought like the whole of TigerClan - Our kits could of died!" Dawnflight finally replied. Stardust's tail curled up in amusement for the queen's determination for her kits and mate. Just then, moonlight came in from a hole in the roof, illuminating the kits' pelts. Why is there moonlight if there's no moon? Dawnflight thought. Stardust sighed. "A sign from StarClan....." she mewed. Just then, a voice whispered, "The swiftness and speed of the sky will have StarClan's power." Dawnflight shivered. What would be in store for her newborns, Swiftkit, Speedkit, and Skykit?
That's the prologue. I might put it on a blog!

Pebblepaw's Mission Sneak Peek!
Hiya, bloggers! Here's a little sneak peek of the story I am obsessed with writing, Pebblepaw's Mission! I wrote six pages yesterday and have a word count of 4,150! Not that I'm ANYWHERE near done...
Here are the first few lines! Tell me if you like it...
The kittypet blinked, clueless. “Excuse me?” she mewed, her whiskers twitching.
Pebblepaw sighed, agitated. “I said do you know a silver cat?” Pebblepaw, an apprentice of ThunderClan, had been sent on a mission a moon ago by his warrior ancestors. His mission was to find a “silver cat with eyes like ice and rippling stripes like running water” to save his Clan. StarClan hadn’t told him where to find the silver cat, or why he needed to, but so far, Pebblepaw had been trekking through Twolegplace, asking all the cats he met if they had seen a silver cat.
The kittypet snorted. “Why are you looking for a silver cat? Why aren’t you looking for a tabby or a tortoiseshell?”
Pebblepaw gritted his teeth, trying to stay calm. “I don’t know why, but just tell me: do you know a silver cat?”
The kittypet shook her head. “The closest I know to a silver cat is my sister, Misty. She’s pale gray.”
Pebblepaw nodded. “Thanks, anyway,” he called over his shoulder as he padded along the Twoleg fence on the way to the next garden. Just as he was peering down into the square of neatly trimmed grass, he felt a paw slam down on his tail and let out a yelp of surprise.
“What are you doing here, youngster? Don’t you know this is my garden?” Cautiously, Pebblepaw turned to see a mottled brown tabby tom glaring at him, his lips drawn back in a snarl. “Well, youngster?” he pressed. “Don’t you?”
Well, what do you think? This isn't even the first chapter, but I don't want to give too much away... Thank, guys!
